Every session is unique, guided by your goals and what your body and subconscious are ready to release.

Step 1: Client Intake & Consent
​
You begin by completing a short intake and consent form on the website.
This helps me understand what you’re hoping to work with and ensures the session is supportive and appropriate for you. For successful change work, it is extremely important that you spend the time filling out the form with thought & reflection. I cannot facilitate any change work unless you are complying and want to follow through.

Step 2: Scheduling Your Session
​
Once your form is submitted, I will reach out to schedule a session at a time that works for both of us.
Most sessions are held remotely, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own space.
The form will ask you if you are interested in Hypnotherapy sessions; Emotion Code/Body Code Sessions or you can choose to discuss the choice when we book.

If you choose Hypnotherapy
​
The initial package is for two sessions. The price is $150 Please plan allowing up to an hour and half for the initial session. Most change work can usually be accomplished during the first session.
I often combine modalities naturally within a session, guided by what is most supportive for you in that moment.
Be assured you will remain aware, present, and in control throughout the session.
You cannot go too deep into a hypnotic trance

If I decide that some EmotionCode/Body Code work would be helpful during the session, there will not be an extra charge for that.
​
Then we would book a second session for follow-up, to anchor what we put in place, fix any issues and if there is time--work on something else if you would like.

If you choose Emotion Code/Body Code sessions
Initial Session
The initial session is $75 and allows time to explore what you would most like support with. After this first session, you may notice shifts immediately or gradually over time.
You’ll also receive simple guidance to support integration and ongoing clarity.

Follow-Up Sessions
Subsequent sessions are shorter (up to 45 minutes) and are $45 per session.
Emotion Code and Body Code work often unfolds over multiple sessions, depending on what you would like to address. Rather than trying to work on everything at once, it is most effective to focus on what your body and subconscious identify as the highest priority at the time.

What to Expect from the Process
​
This energy work allows time for your body to process and release what is ready to shift. People experience this in different ways — some feel relaxed or energized, others notice tingling sensations or mild fatigue afterward. During your session, I can let you know how much processing time your body indicates it may need.
As your system becomes familiar with this work, the process often becomes smoother and more efficient.

How the Work Is Done
​
Whether or not we are meeting face-to-face, I connect remotely with your subconscious to guide the session. This approach is based on the understanding that we are energetic beings and remain connected regardless of physical distance.
With your permission, I ask your subconscious simple yes or no questions to guide the work.
And just to be clear — I cannot read your mind. This process is respectful, focused, and guided by your stated intentions.

For email sessions, once you complete your intake form and let me know what you’d like to work on, you simply give permission to proceed. After the session, I will email you notes and guidance from the work.

My intention is always to support you in finding the freedom and ease you are seeking. As with any therapeutic or wellness approach, results can vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Especially with hypnotherapy, your openness, intention, and willingness to engage in the process play an important role in the experience.
These modalities are gentle and effective for most people most of the time. When one approach doesn’t resonate, there are often other ways we can explore together. Each session is guided with care, flexibility, and respect for what best supports you.
